• sporting and recreational clubs
• faith groups
• other not-for-profit community groups

Individuals (including those with severe mobility or sensory impairments and /or limited travel options) for whom travel via mainstream public transport services is not appropriate or possible in terms of their personal travel requirements, or destinations they need to access, at the times they need to travel.
